Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Only unused tires that have not been driven on or mounted are eligible for return. There are no returns on discontinued or closeout items.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
WHEEL19 will provide full refunds and cover return shipping costs in the following instances:
- When a mistake or error in the order or shipping is the fault of WHEEL19 or its partners or suppliers.
- When the DOT code/date on the delivered tire(s) is invalid or more than four years old.
- When we or supplier send the product(s) are shipped in a defective or damaged.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for returns/exchanges in all other circumstances.
Any tire that has been mounted is NOT eligible to be returned.
Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments or when Fedex/UPS is unable to make delivery after 3 attempts including items eligible for free shipping. You agree to pay any shipping costs resulting from refused or failed shipments, unless the failure is the fault of WHEEL19 or its partners or suppliers. WHEEL19 is also not responsible for merchandise that is marked as delivered by our shipping carriers and is stolen after delivery. WHEEL19 will work with users to resolve such issues, but it's recommended that users file a police report if any product is stolen after delivery. WHEEL19 is also not responsible for lost products once they are out for shipment.
REFUNDS / CREDITS:
Refunds and/or credits will be issued to the credit card used to place the order. If you paid by cash or check, WHEEL19 will issue a refund check to the billing address within 7 business days. Unless otherwise stated, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
To expedite delivery time, orders may be processed within minutes of being received. If you request an order cancellation, WHEEL19 will make every attempt to cancel it before the product(s) is shipped. If WHEEL19 is unable to cancel the order before the product(s) ships, you must comply with the return policy described above.
SPECIAL ITEM POLICY:
Special order, discontinued and closeout items may not be returned. Tires with a damaged bead are not eligible for return and no credit will be given.
Many of the tires sold by WHEEL19 are warranted by the manufacturer(s) of the tires. If you think your tire is eligible for replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. To make a claim, reach out to the manufacturer directly. ALL TIRES SOLD BY WHEEL19 MUST BE INSTALLED BY A REPUTABLE TIRE INSTALLER AND SHOULD NOT BE SELF-INSTALLED. WHEEL19 IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT OCCUR FROM THE IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF TIRES, OR ANY DAMAGES THAT OCCUR ON THE INSTALLER’S PROPERTY. WHEEL19 HAS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY INDEPENDENT INSTALLERS, NOR DOES WHEEL19 DIRECTLY ENDORSE SUCH INSTALLERS, REGARDLESS OF ANY LANGUAGE TO THE CONTRARY FOUND ELSEWHERE ON THIS WEBSITE. ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM INSTALLATION ARE THE SOLE LIABILITY OF THE INSTALLER AND WHEEL19 IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE INSTALLER OR ITS EMPLOYEES. WHEEL19 IS ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS WHATSOEVER IF TIRES ARE SELF-INSTALLED.
WHEEL19 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or not process any order due to incorrect pricing, lack of stock or for any other reason.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of products may be mispriced. If we discover this, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
OUT OF STOCK
Occasionally, WHEEL19 or its partners or suppliers may be temporarily out of stock on a certain product. In that case WHEEL19 will either contact you to find a suitable solution, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
